Gülen Gündüz Yılmaz, CPCC, ACC, ORSC is an executive, organization & relationship systems coach, facilitator and consultant of Dervish Consulting.

She graduated from Middle East Technical University Computer Engineering Department in 1995 and worked for various companies in IT industry such as Logo Software, SAP, Compaq, Sun Microsystems, Atos Origin and EMC.

She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), awarded by CTI (The Coaches Training Institute). She also completed CRR Global ORSC - Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching Curriculum as a relationship and team coach. As a lifelong learner, she now continues the CTI Leadership Program.

Gülen has experience in all sales and marketing processes from feasibility studies to how to translate and communicate the value to the end user. Business development, channel sales, key account management, consultative and value added selling are some of her expertise areas. She adopted her coaching approach while working as a manager and inspired her sales team to become change agents. As a consequence, her transition to a full-time coach happened rather smoothly and naturally.

She believes that true potential could only be realized when limiting beliefs and perspectives are identified and replaced by empowered visions. She helps both individuals and corporations to achieve their potential. Diversity is another big value of hers; she conducts workshops and facilitates team coaching for kids, adults and institutions around the theme of diversity. Both in everyone’s personal and business lives, many issues arise from misunderstanding one another. She believes when differences are embraced, issues can transform into creativity.
