The blended mix of Co-Active, (Transactional Analysis) TA-Relational Coaching and Gestalt Coaching with Dervish Consulting is an experience of personal and professional development unlike other kinds of coaching. Our coaches have trainings and are certified from either CTI which is based on the Co-Active Model, the principles of TA and Gestalt learnings.
Our coaching style enables you to find your own answers to whatever challenges you face. The job of a Coach is to ask powerful questions, and as our founder Yeşim Dervişoğlu defines coaching, it is: “To help you help yourself” rather than give you the answers.
