Throughout her career, Akgün Yılmaz has fervently supported her business partners in achieving their goals through consulting, training or co-active coaching. Akgün spent 15 years in business development, call center development and management, customer loyalty system management, sales management, and coaching, and has worked in close cooperation with HR Team in terms of recruitment, AC & DC, training and development.

Akgün started her professional life as a sales representative in 1998 in Bayindir Life Insurance Co (currently known as Acibadem Insurance Co). In 2003, she accepted a position as a field sales manager for DHL Worldwide Express, before taking responsibility for the entire telesales and cash sales channel. After four years in sales, she continued her career in customer service, where she was charged with transforming it from a cost center into a profit center by increasing its contribution to the company’s revenue.

Akgün represented DHL Turkey as a board member in Call Centers Association Turkey for four years, during which the DHL Customer Services Team won the Best Call Center Award, Best Recruitment Award, Best Customer Experience Award, Best Telesales Campaign Award in Istanbul Call Center Awards by IMI. DHL Customer Services also garnered Best Contact Center Award and Best Customer Services Award in Top Ranking Performers Award by Contact Center World in EEMEA and World Class.

Akgün has a BA Degree from Mimar Sinan University on Urban Planning and MBA Degree from Yeditepe University.

Akgün believes that every system has its own genuineness so she works with the customers as partners and shares her experience and knowledge with customized solutions.
