For the past 7 years, Baturay Özden has trained over 2.000 executives and 30.000 young professionals in more than 40 countries. He spent three years in Brussels, working with international companies in Europe, until 2010, when he began working with Management Centre Türkiye. After just 2 years at MCT, Baturay was managing all of the marketing strategies for Stanton Chase, Oxygen Consulting and Elemental Consulting (CTI Turkiye). He continues to work as a marketing and branding consultant with a number of companies in Turkey, where his extensive international experience lends a unique and valuable perspective.

Graduated from Production Engineering in Politechnika Opolska University and Labor Economics & Industrial Relations in Uludağ University, Baturay has also earned certificates from Ashbridge Business School’s coaching relationship and international coaching, and NLP Federation’s Master Trainer. Baturay has studied Leadership and Management in London School of Economics, and Marketing at the University of California and Sorbonne. While annually attending nearly a hundred conferences and trainings in different countries, Baturay is working towards his Master of Science in Psychology.
